Soft Power transfixes audiences with their post-rock jazz grooves and meditative improvisations. Music for both the head and the heart, the internal becomes an accessible place in the hands of Soft Power, their technical prowess on show but never too apparent, preferring to hypnotize rather than to startle - demonstrating a maturity beyond their collective years.
Fresh from a performance at MONA - Museum of Old and New Art in Hobart, they take over the front bar of Miss Moses on Friday 1st February performing 2 sets of their slow-burning, all-instrumental tunes.
"Easy Listening, the sprawling new album from Melbourne three-piece Soft Power, melds jazz, prog-rock, and psych to deliver something truly mesmerizing." - HAPPY MAG 2018
